Shipping policy
Upon placing your order, we aim to dispatch it within two working day.
Your orders will be dispatched to the delivery address you provide at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors in the address given, so please double-check the information you've entered. Any costs resulting from incorrect delivery details may be charged to you. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by an incorrect address. Occasionally, factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or high-demand periods, may lead to delivery delays. We are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.
UK SHIPPING DETAILS
After placing your order, we aim to dispatch it within one working day.
Packages will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which delivers within 2-3 working days. You will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel until it reaches you.
If you do not accept the delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office depot. It will be your responsibility to arrange for redelivery (at no extra charge) or to collect it yourself. Please make arrangements to receive your parcel from Royal Mail within two weeks; otherwise, your order will be returned to us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS
Upon placing your order, we aim to dispatch it within two to four working day.
Parcels will be sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. A dispatch email will be sent to you, including your tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel until it is delivered.
Please be aware that international shipments may incur extra import, duty, and VAT charges based on the destination country, which you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying. Our courier partner may contact you to request payment for these charges before delivery. If additional import, duty, or VAT payments are required, you must settle the charges to release your parcel. We will not be liable for any import, duty, or VAT fees incurred once your goods arrive in your destination country outside the UK. If you refuse delivery and the goods are not returned to us, you will lose your right to a refund.
